About Bodylit. Studio
Your body changes throughout life.
Your movement practice should change with it.
We help women navigate back pain, changing strength, pelvic floor concerns, persistent pain and the physical changes that can come with life through personalised physiotherapy and mindful movement.
Services we provide
At Bodylit. Studio we believe your care should be as individual as you are.
Our personalised 1:1 sessions combine physiotherapy, manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation and Pilates to create an approach that is tailored to your body, your needs and your goals.
Whether you're looking to reduce pain, rebuild strength, improve pelvic floor function, move with greater confidence or simply feel stronger and more connected to your body, we'll work with you to create a plan that feels achievable and meaningful.
Physiotherapy
Whether you've had pain for a few weeks or several years, we look beyond the painful area to understand how your body is moving and what may be contributing to your symptoms.
Treatment and exercise may include strengthening, mobility, Pilates-based movement, education and strategies to help you feel more confident with everyday movement.
Exercise Rehabilitation
At Bodylit Studio, your program is personalised to your symptoms, movement patterns, lifestyle and goals.
We use targeted strengthening, mobility, stability and functional exercises to help you recover from pain, rebuild capacity and return to the activities that matter to you.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, experiencing changes through perimenopause or menopause, or simply wanting to build strength for the years ahead, we'll progress your programme at a pace that feels right for you.
Pilates
Pilates can be so much more than a workout.
We use Pilates principles and equipment to develop strength, control, mobility and body awareness -adapting exercises to your individual needs.
Whether you're completely new to Pilates or have been practising for years, sessions are tailored to your body rather than asking your body to fit a predetermined programme.
OUR TREATMENT
We understand that both manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation can play an important role in reducing pain, restoring movement and improving function. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we combine hands-on treatment with targeted exercise to address your individual needs.
Whatever your goals, your treatment is thoughtfully tailored to you, your body and your journey.
